  • booking was cheap online, but when went to pick up car it was due to excess and insurance not included. I paid $150 extra for damage liability and deposit waiver. The car was great and had no issues. East Coast rental is 5 or so minute away from airport. during opening hours there is a shuttle bus but if you have early flight, ensure to prebook taxi as users have surgery pricing.

  • Upsell was pretty intense despite me saying numerous times, but otherwise the service was courteous and friendly. Car was in good condition and made our travelling around Brisbane convenient.

  • East Coast is good value for money, but please note you need to shuttle bus to and from their site which is about 8 minutes outside of the Airport. Very friendly and professional staff.
