Rent a car with Bargain Car Rentals

No issues with the car or with drop off. For pick up, the instructions should be updated to note that the number needs to be called to book yourself in the shuttle service as there were a few others who did not call the number.

Pickup was very easy - staff were warm and helpful. The car was as described - clean and mechanically great. They were quick to respond to any queries during the booking. Drop off was also super easy.

The pick-up process at Darwin Airport is not clear from the beginning. There is no kiosk inside; the customer must call the office.

Excellent little car. If your a tall person like myself, drivers side is higher up, does take a little getting used to.

Once we arrived we called the number and after a short walk to shuttle pick up location a shuttle bus came in 10min with even a gps tracker of the shuttle bus-which was great. The car from Bargain car rentals could be better. It had a scratch and a dent on the side and the front left headlight didnt work. Beware of cheap initial cost as we had to pay an extra ~$50 per day for comprehensive car insurance instead of the original insurance (if not we would have $5000 excess). Pick and drop off was very seemless and location was about 10-15min from the airport. Probanly wouldn't go with them again.

Easy pick up in shuttle from the airport and the car was in a great condition and ready. I used the after-hours drop off upon return. Just be clear about your insurance coverage and inspect the car before driving out. No problems and it was great to see Adelaide with a car!
