Before you enter the magical world of Harry Potter, you might be wondering what health and safety measures have been implemented to ensure you and your family have a safe day out. To make sure you’re aware of everything before you go, we’ve put together a list of the new rules which have been put in place following government guidelines.
Health and Safety Measures:
- The Studio Tour shuttle bus service to and from Watford Junction Station is not currently running, so if you need help getting to the studio, book with Klook and your transport will be covered
- The studio is pre book only, so make sure you have your ticket booked in advance as you won’t be able to purchase it on the door
- Visitors aged 11 and up are required to wear a face mask or covering during their visit (unless you cannot due to medical reasons). It is encouraged that any visitors aged 8 and above also wear a face covering.
- The studio is operating with a reduced capacity to ensure social distancing can be adhered to
- There may be a few facilities or areas which are unavailable to make sure physical contact is not in place and social distancing can be followed
- There are plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout the studio but if you can bring your own as well this is recommended
- Cash is no longer accepted, so make sure you bring your card with you
- Enhanced cleaning has been put into place throughout the day and screen protectors have been installed in the cafe areas
