    Colosseum Rome Sunset
There are very few places in the world more Iconic than the Colosseum in Rome. Started in 73 AD under the rule of emperor Vespian and finished in 79 AD, the 80,000 seater amphitheater immediately became the largest man-made building in the world.
First things first, we now know Rome wasn’t built in a day; it was actually built in about 6 years. We think that’s pretty good going seeing as the only other thing in Italy as big as the Colosseum is the San Siro Football Stadium, home to AC Milan and Inter Milan football clubs, which also seats 80,000 people BUT, was built nearly 2,000 years later than this ancient Roman masterpiece.
