Anyone who’s been to Hong Kong knows that Ocean Park is a must-visit on lists of things to do in Hong Kong, especially for first-time visitors. Now that Hong Kong is open for tourists again, you can finally complete your travel bucket list and make your wait to Ocean Park Hong Kong! It’s the second largest theme park in Hong Kong and is popular for being a cross between a theme park and a zoo!

    When to Visit

Ocean Park Hong Kong is a popular attraction among people of all ages. The summertime, especially in August, is usually the busiest time of the year as students are on holiday and both locals and tourists are eager to spend a day at the park. If you want to avoid big crowds, we recommend scheduling your trip during the off-season from September to November, and on weekdays.
The park typically opens at 10:00am, but its schedule is subject to change, so make sure to check their website in advance for opening days and hours. When visiting the park, arriving early is a must if you’re trying to avoid long waiting times, especially for entry!

    How to Visit

As mentioned, queues to enter the park tend to be long, but the waiting times to purchase tickets at the park itself are just as lengthy. It’s easier and faster to book your tickets to Ocean Park Hong Kong in advance through Klook! Decide which ticket package you’d like, then, after purchasing, make an online reservation on the Ocean Park Hong Kong website to book the exact date of your visit.
