With so much awesome stuff about the Museum of the Future, we don't even know where to start! First off, can we talk about its architecture? You'd never have to worry about getting lost on the way to the Museum of the Future. Its unique torus design is simply eye-catching amidst the towering skyscrapers surrounding it.
The glass-walled building was designed by Killa Design, a local architecture firm known as one of the world's most complex and symbolic structures. Its circular form is said to symbolize humanity; the mold it stands on represents the Earth, and the void in the middle represents the unknown future.
You can also see Arabic calligraphy designed by renowned Emirati artist Mattar bin Lahej running through the Museum of the Future's stainless steel exterior. Did you know that these are actual words from poems by HH Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum? Parts of this building were also made by robots and computer-controlled tools. Talk about futuristic innovations!

What will you find in the Museum of the Future?

Get lost in the science and innovation inside the Museum of the Future! There are five must-see exhibits, seven levels, and a museum. Better prep yourself—there'll be tons of cool tech to try out while you're here. The Museum of the Future journey starts at Level 5 down to Level 1.
    • Level 5 - OSS Hope

Begin your journey to 2071 on OSS Hope! This Orbital Space Station experience starts with a space shuttle shooting you off to "space." Thanks to its ultra-realistic sound and special effects, you won't have to rack your imagination to feel like you're flying into the galaxy. It even has a launch countdown and provides video clips of what future Dubai would look like through the shuttle's windows.
Once you've reached OSS Hope, you'll enter the station's command center and act like a real-life astronaut—exploring missions, monitoring projects, and studying innovations inside the station. You'll also have a majestic view of Planet Earth from outside!
    • Level 4 - The Heal Institute

Our planet takes center stage at The Heal Institute. Inside this level, there are two exhibits: The Vault of Life and Digital Amazon.
At the Vault of Life, you'll visit a DNA library and have access to thousands of species. Here, you can grab some species and run them through a device to see how these would help in repairing our ecosystem. You might even discover new species while you're here!
Wanna explore the Amazon Rainforest? The Museum of the Future makes that possible using mixed reality! The dense forest is recreated inside Digital Amazon, so you can observe the vast biodiversity without the fear of running into wild animals that call it home.
    • Level 3 - Al Waha

Experience zen like never before at Al Waha, a meditative and multisensory space. This futuristic spa has different experiences in store for you, such as making you feel like walking on a beach. Some can be done within a group, while others require you to go alone.
    • Level 2 - Tomorrow Today

Wanna see what the future looks like? Aptly named "Tomorrow Today," the second level in this museum showcases global tech innovations that could help change our world. Who knows, we might soon use these inventions sooner than we expect!
    • Level 1 - Future Heroes

Worried your kids might get bored? The Museum of the Future has a dedicated space for children aged ten years old and below: the Future Heroes zone at Level 1! Here, the little ones are encouraged to play freely and collaborate with other kids. The museum makes their experience more exciting by launching urgent missions every now and then, which kids must accomplish within a time limit!
    • Terra Firma

With so much tech stuff to take in, you might soon find yourself needing some sustenance. Just head to Terra Firma, where a robot barista will welcome you and serve your favorite drink if you’re feeling peckish!

How can we get tickets to the Museum of the Future?

The Museum of the Future's tickets cost AED 145. Book your tickets on Klook to get admission to all exhibits and attractions inside the museum and instant booking confirmation! You’ll also have access to the complimentary WiFi inside the museum!
The Museum of the Future in Dubai opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Touring around the museum takes one and a half to two hours (depending on how much you stay at each level), so chart your itinerary accordingly.

Where is the Museum of the Future located and how can we get there?

Great news—the Museum of the Future is right at Sheikh Zayed Road, which can be easily accessed via different public transportation modes.
