Extra health and safety measures have been put in place in line with the government's guidelines. We’ve listed below all of the things you need to know before your day out, so you can enjoy your day with confidence:
Health and Safety Measures:
- Capacity has been reduced to allow for social distancing, this also means that all tickets need to be pre-booked
- Enhanced cleaning will take place throughout the day
- Face masks and coverings are required on selected rides, indoor attractions, queue lines and when queuing in line for food and drink
- New deep cleaning measures have been introduced in the event that a person shows any COVID-19 symptoms
- Hand sanitiser stations can be found around the theme park
- Employees will be wearing PPE
- Your temperature will be taken upon arrival at the park, if it is above 37.8 degrees then entry will not be permitted
- Social distancing measures have been put in place on the rides to minimise contact with other customers
- Some experiences may not be available to ensure social distancing
- If you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not visit the park and stay at home
