This company doesn't even deserve one star, but I'm giving it five stars to post this review.
If you want to be stressed from the first day of your trip, use this company. I think it would be better to call a Grab Premium when you pick up your luggage because the price is similar, and it saves time in every way.
I booked it as an airport pickup, but they have no concept of time, and I was left waiting for a long time. Even if I think a hundred times, 'It's Thailand, I'm on vacation, let's understand,' the problem is not the delay itself but the attitude afterward. There is no guidance, no responsibility, no proper apology, and a reluctant response even if I express my discomfort. Is this kind of response possible to tourists?
If you don't want to pay money and feel bad like me, find another company. I definitely don't recommend it to those who don't want to ruin the start of their trip, at least.
As additional information, there are two young male employees at the meeting point, and they are really something else. Even if the vehicle arrives quickly, it takes at least 10 minutes. They say it's a premium route, but the drivers take the regular roads and pocket the toll fees. I waited for an hour that day, and I couldn't stand it anymore, so I came in to write this review. Koreans, please avoid this company.
