Due to delays with immigration procedures, I was going to be more than 30 minutes late for our meeting. I had almost given up hope, thinking the reservation would be canceled since the waiting period had passed. However, when I explained the situation and my delay via chat, I received a reply with an image, telling me to come to this location (the meeting point). I ended up arriving at the meeting point 40 minutes later than scheduled, but the staff member contacted a taxi for me, and I was able to get in without any issues. I believe they arranged a different vehicle for me, not the one originally planned. I had arrived at the airport in the evening and was supposed to head straight to the hotel and then immediately depart for a night cruise. I had very little time and was starting to give up on making it to the cruise. ...However, thanks to the driver's excellent handling, we arrived at the hotel with plenty of time, and I was able to join the cruise without any problems (lol).
