What to expect

No license required for all vehicles! Introducing electric scooters, a new means of transportation to travel throughout Okinawa. As of July 1, 2023, no license is required to drive an electric scooter in Japan. This means you can move freely while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Okinawa without having to use rental cars or taxis.

Electric scooters are available to anyone over the age of 16. A 20-minute walk can be traveled in just 5 minutes by scooter. Choose from four types of vehicles, and rent for 24 to 120 hours, and the longer you rent, the more you save. In addition, we also provide online private support services to solve your travel worries

Vehicle reservation procedure and return flow [Vehicle pickup] There are two ways to pick up the vehicle

1. Free delivery to hotel Rimo will deliver the electric scooter to your hotel the day before your travel plan ・24-hour rental is only available for hotels in Naha City ・48-120-hour rental is available within the designated area (Nago City West Coast, Yomitan Village, Onna Village, Kadena Village, Chatan Village, Ginowan City, Urasoe City, Naha City, Tomigusuku City, Itoman City)

-Fees outside the delivery area- Delivery fee/unit: 1,100 yen Collection fee/unit: 1,100 yen Optional insurance/unit: 1,500 yen (unlimited liability for personal injury, maximum liability for property damage of 1 million yen, maximum liability for driver of 30 million yen) Delivery time is around 18:00-19:00. Please let us know the name of your hotel in advance.

2. Pick up at the store You can also pick up the vehicle at Rimo Naha Airport, Onna Village, or Chatan stores on the day of your reservation (open from 9:00). Please tell us that you made your reservation through KLOOK when you visit.

-Returning the vehicle-

・24-hour rental: Return the vehicle to Rimo Naha Airport within 24 hours of rental (business hours 9:00-18:00)

・48-120-hour rental: Rimo will collect the vehicle for free at your specified location (within delivery range), or you can return the vehicle to the Naha Airport or Onna Village stores.
