Reviews
Our guide was Leo. He was very kind and guided us smoothly in both English and Spanish. On the way to Tolantongo, we made many detours and were worried about what time we would arrive, but when we arrived, a spectacular view was waiting for us. This is a place you definitely should visit.
I recommend this trip for its value for money. I had plenty of time, and thank you for making it a wonderful trip of a lifetime. Even traveling alone, I was grateful that the guide kept trying to take pictures for me.
Beautiful activity. our guide was great. I am so sorry that I can't recall her name but our driver was Eric. She did great in keeping the group safe even when people are inconsiderate & make UNECESSARY STOPS in the middle of Mexico to use the BR. I would 10/10 recommend and pray that you have a good group. People can be so extra and sometimes ruin the experience.
Oliver he is the GOAT of tour guides
The tour description is a bit vague and exaggerated, it says it has caves walk and hiking, none of those experiences happened. The tour only offers water activates in the cave, river and pools, I think the competitor has much better and accurate descriptions and offer cheaper price. In addition, the english guide has less sufficient language level.
The guide and driver didn't show up at the meeting place. Another tour guide gave me the local phone number. I couldn't resolve it over the phone, so I asked for a refund through chat with Klook. This is ridiculous.
