elevator is a must especially on this very hot weather. steep staircases so i dont recommend for mobility-impaired individual or seniors. lady buddha i think was here too. take note that ticket claiming is at the museum and not at the marble mountains.
Amazing place. We picked up our tickets at the museum, everything as written in the description. I recommend taking with Am Phu Cave, Elevator round trip, Marble Mountains and Non Nuoc museum. All locations are unique. The price was especially pleasing! We arrived in the morning, so there were not many people.
We purchased a voucher for Marble Mountain that included elevator access, and it made the visit so much easier and more enjoyable! The place is truly fascinating — from the cool, mysterious caves to the impressive Big Buddha and beautiful pagoda, there’s so much to explore. The views from the top are absolutely stunning and totally worth the trip. It’s a great mix of nature, culture, and photo-worthy spots. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the area!
I booked the Marble Mountain & Non Nuoc Stone Carving Museum tour through Klook, and it was an amazing experience! The day started at the Non Nuoc Stone Carving Museum, where we collected our tickets and got to admire incredible stone sculptures, providing a great introduction to the local craftsmanship. After the museum, we headed to Marble Mountain, where the real adventure began. The mountain itself is stunning, with beautiful caves, temples, and panoramic views of Da Nang. Note: Some areas of the mountain are quite steep, and the cave has a tight climb, so be prepared for a bit of a physical challenge. The hike to the top was worth it for the breathtaking views of the coastline and surrounding areas. The tour was well-organized, and the guide was informative and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Da Nang—it's a perfect mix of culture, history, and natural beauty!
The complex of five marble and limestone hills is home to caves, pagodas, and stunning viewpoints, making it a great spot for both nature lovers and those interested in history. Visitors can climb the steep steps to the top for panoramic views of Da Nang and the surrounding coastline. The site is also known for its intricate sculptures, with local artisans carving marble statues that are displayed throughout the area. Overall, Marble Mountain offers a peaceful and spiritual experience with a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage.
The Marble Mountains are an absolute must-visit, especially when the weather’s cool, ideally before the end of February. After that, the heat makes it a lot tougher. You’ll need decent fitness and good shoes too, because this hill is packed with an insane number of steps to climb up and down to check out the different caves. Plus, the steps aren’t even consistent—their height changes depending on the terrain, which makes it totally exhausting. The caves themselves aren’t well-ventilated either, so it gets pretty humid and sticky inside, and wearing thick clothes is a real hassle—you’ll end up sweating buckets. Trust me, you need to dress light and sporty for this visit. Taking the elevator saves you about ten minutes and skips around 150 steps, but don’t get too excited; there are still at least 300 more, if not 500, to see everything. Plan for about 3 hours—it’s worth it for this amazing spot!
marble mountain and am phu cave was beautiful. really do wear shoes with grip as the stairs can be slippery on wet day and it is a rugged path. the stone museum would have been nicer to explore if it had standees with the information about it though the free guide was very bubbly and asked explaining everything I prefer to look at things at my own pace without having to make reactions. I said no when he contacted me a day before but he asked again with such enthusiasm so it was hard to reject him as there was no one in the museum. if you don’t like guided tours, just ask for your tickets and head off
. Good value for money. I would recommend taking a tour with elevator access both up and down, as we did. There's a lot to explore, and it's better not to be out of breath. Bring water with you because it will be overpriced at the top.
To redeem tickets, must go to the museum first, after a 10 to 15 minutes guided tour at the museum, tickets for marble mountain and am phu cave will be given at the counter in the museum itself. Very knowledgeable info shared by the man incharge of the museum tour. Overall loved my trip here.
i like the well explain in the museum. But I wish this is the last part because if you are earlier in the Marble Mountain less tourist in the place and the relaxing part is the museum, if there is an option.
