Accessibility

• All passengers are entitled to 1 piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag & 1 small bag for onboard personal items. Checked luggage will be stowed in the luggage compartment (not accessible until drop off) while smaller bags for personal items may be taken on board
• The staffs are unable to provide physical assistance during boarding, disembarking, or during the tour. Guests must be self-reliant or assisted by a companion

• If you wish to book for more than 2 people, you have the option to book another package according to your preferred room type, subject to availability
• Breakfast will be included unless stated otherwise. The type of breakfast provided will vary from place to place, either a full-cooked breakfast, a continental-style breakfast, or a packed breakfast bag or tray
• Please be aware that due to the smaller size of some of these destinations, accommodation may on occasion be up to 2 miles/20-30 minutes walk from the center of the town
• Please note that if the party size is large (5 or more passengers), or if the booking is made close to the departure date, the operator cannot guarantee that all participants in the group will be accommodated in the same location

• Due to logistical reasons, the operator is unable to offer pre-booking for bus seats
• The operator can refuse to carry luggage over these limits, and there’s a possibility boarding may be denied if excess baggage has not been stored
• The Loch Ness boat cruise is weather dependent and may be cancelled without notice
