Amazing experience! the booking system with Hariky House was very easy! I just WhatsApp them and they replied promptly with all the additional information that I needed, including how to get there, they even sent me an image of which lift to take. it was easy to find with the image they provided. Inside the place, all the staff were all so very welcoming and friendly! fantastic service! the atmosphere of the place was very cosy and relaxed! the massage I had was perfect! she applied enough strength and pressure to loosen my tight muscles. at the end of the experience, they gave me tea and a Thai pudding! will definitely book again with my partner!
It is a bit tricky to find the way to get there as it is not on the main floor. The place is spacious. Therapists were friendly and professional. I like their small Thai dessert provided.
We contacted them via whatsapp first before buying the voucher in Klook to make sure that we have the time spot.T The staff was very helpful. Even the masseuse are nice and tries to communicate and check if we're comfortable, they even talk in a very soft tone during the massage. Gua Sha is a painful process but it's such a relief after. We got yummy dessert and tea afterwards. Such a relaxing place.

The oil massage I did in Kuala Lumpur a week ago was really different from the oil massage I did today. The masseur's gestures were not very good. He just pressed his fingers and wrists on my back, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Last time I was in Kuala Lumpur, their masseur used his hands and oil to push my back, which was very comfortable. And they wear gloves? I asked the staff and she actually told me that many people now use gloves to massage with oil. There is no problem and many customers like it🙄
The environment is quiet, clean and hygienic. The chef is skilled and experienced. The price is affordable. There are no hidden charges and no hard sells during the process.

The price-performance ratio is also quite high. The massage skills are not from Hong Kong. They will ask you which parts need to be strengthened or whether the intensity is appropriate. In winter, there are warm blankets and small refreshments, but no hardsell.
The masseur's skills and strength are very suitable, the environment is very relaxing, and the location is convenient for the Sha Tin neighborhood. Highly recommended☺️
