Awesome place for a quick meal and freshening up. Service by the staff could be improved. Although they were helpful but they seemed very robotic and uninterested in their jobs. They were heard talking loudly in the presence of customers. Very unprofessional behavior. The shower rooms and lockers were in great condition. The cafe was comfy and provided a good escape from the terminal.
A bit far from T2, you have to go out and there is a walkway heading there. You can claim the voucher at the cafe. Ordered the laksa and it was good. I hope there are more hooks and places you can put your stuff inside the shower stalls. Overall a good experience:)
Hub & Spoke Lounge offers a very good service and delicious food.
Super deal! The bathing facilities are also very complete and highly recommended. It’s just that you have to walk a little distance to get there, but the signs are clearly marked so you don’t have to worry about getting lost!
It was located at Terminal 2 which is a bus ride and long walk from Terminal 1 but the experience is worth it. PRO tip: get the option with food voucher because the food in the nearby restaurant is so good.
The staff at the shop were very kind and taught me a lot of things. The shower was clean, the hot water was just right, and the air pressure of the hairdryer was quite strong. The lockers also had hangers, and a suitcase (the size that Japanese people often carry) fits easily. I think it's a good idea to go quite early, eat a meal, and then take a bath. There are an unbelievable number of people in the 6 PM hour, so I recommend going early. I finished eating around 5:30 PM and when I went to the shower, there were only about 2 people, so I thought it was empty, but when I got out, there were 15 people in front of the lockers lol. If you go early, you can take your time with skincare and the hairdryer! Including the meal, I felt it was a better deal than a Japanese public bath lol. The carbonara and lemon tea on the food menu were delicious. I recommend them.
Convenient and friendly staff. The food was delicious too!
I used the shower + disposable towel set, worth a total of S$9.5. It is also possible to pay S$5 for the shower and S$4.5 for the towel locally, but the advantage of booking with Klook is that you can confirm the payment amount in yen at the time of booking. I think the calculated exchange rate is also reasonable. You can avoid being charged at a high rate that includes overseas transaction fees when paying with a credit card locally. (Prices are as of November 2025) The facilities are very clean, and there are no problems with water pressure or temperature. A good hairdryer is also provided. [Points] ・You cannot enter directly with the QR code from your Klook reservation. Have the cafe staff scan it and receive a piece of paper with a QR code printed on it for entry. Scan this at the gate leading to the shower room to enter. If you have reserved a towel, receive it at this time. ・The location is a little difficult to find, and it takes a bit of walking. Follow the signs for Terminal 2 and you will exit outdoors near the parking lot. Walk along the parking lot on your left on a side road, and follow the covered walkway until you reach it. Hub & Spoke Cafe on Google Maps is a more accurate landmark than Hub and Spoke Shower. ・As mentioned above, you will be walking outdoors. Although it is only about 5 minutes, since it is tropical Singapore, you will face the dilemma of walking and sweating again after taking a shower. ・There are lockers, but they are only big enough to fit a carry-on suitcase, maybe? Also, the combination lock is difficult to use. The shower booths are mysteriously deep, so it might be a good idea to bring your luggage into the booth.
It’s nice have place like this that you can freshen up yourself. plus point the food, bacon waffle is the best. Will recommend to my friends traveling to Singapore.
thank God there’s a place where we can take a shower especially when you’re on a red-eye flight.. 😊 the shower area is well-maintained and has the complete amenities..
