Review for: Join-In Tour with Eiffel Tower Summit Ticket (English-Speaking Guide)

Great way to go up the summit of Eiffel, get in Louvre and sail in River Seine. nothing much to see at the summit of Eiffel though but the macaroons and the eclair in the summit tasted way better than those sold on the ground 😅

Review for: Join-In Tour with Eiffel Tower Summit Ticket (English-Speaking Guide)

So far, it's been a bad experience for us. We were only told to exchange tickets at the Eiffel Tower souvenir shop. We looked everywhere and there was no store where we could exchange tickets. When I asked customer service, I got the answer that please contact the local personnel yourself. (I don’t speak French) One day later, the customer service said that you have to click on the link to the *Eiffel Tower souvenir shop* to know the exchange address (it was really bad, the customer service didn’t tell me until a day later)
