The two-star evaluation has nothing to do with the two mooncakes. It is to evaluate this package. I initially bought it after seeing 8 mooncake options. After purchasing, I found that there were only 4 mooncake options (two different brands respectively). I reported it to customer service. Doesn’t match the product description? Later, an option was added, but there are only 5 models. The price of the package itself is the same as that of buying one box individually. Moreover, each model can only be selected once. There is still something to choose from if you buy each separately. It is recommended that you do not buy it in the future. . The key point is that the package itself states that there are 8 options, but after purchasing it, it was found that this was not the case, and the problem was not solved after reporting it. In short, the purchase cannot be canceled... klool has been supporting opening since its establishment. Once I felt that I had been misled and deceived...
There are not many choices, the pickup location is inconvenient, and the pickup date is too short.
Everyone needs to look carefully when purchasing. Although it is written that there are 16 styles available, there are actually only nine styles. I have a problem with my mobile phone, so I cannot see the nine styles provided. The other two items need to be added to your own package, and if you have the opportunity to purchase, the mooncakes cannot be exchanged if the stock is insufficient. Thank you.
After I bought it, I found out that those styles had been redeemed and I could only choose the remaining ones.
After buying the mooncakes, there are several types of mooncakes for sale in the prophet, and they don’t give refunds. Buying them alone is dozens of times cheaper than the package. I won’t do it again.
