Review for: [All-Inclusive] Discover Round South Korea [7 Days]

The 7 day tour covered a lot of ground and we were able to see so many attractions that we wouldn't have if we'd tried to explore on our own. We had a fantastic group who all got along well - I would say the average age was mid-60s. I am 35 and still found it really enjoyable with everyone. We departed each morning between 8:30/9 and got to the hotel most nights straight after dinner, about 7:30-8:30. There were always multiple destinations each day. On longer bus rides we would stop at a rest stop every 1.5hours to have a bathroom break (no toilet on board, which was sometimes a bit of a problem) We walked 10k-15k steps every day. There was always the option to take a shorter or easier route if you prefered. There was a mixture of temples, nature, and beautiful sights. All the meals were generous and tasty and gave us the chance to try a variety of Korean foods. There was plenty for everyone. There were also stops during the day where you could buy snacks or coffee. The accomodation in 4 and 5 star hotels was always great. The breakfast buffets had a lot of choice. I would've liked a chance to enjoy the facilities more, but we were always tired after the long days. Our guide was so positive and energetic! He was a wealth of knowledge and shared a lot of history, culture and language. He was a little hard to understand at times, which my boyfriend found frustrating. He was super approachable and friendly though, and I personally really liked him. I have a lot of great memories from this trip and would definitely recommend it.

Review for: [All-Inclusive] Discover Round South Korea [7 Days]

Korean culture, food, language and sights as part of a top of class tour Great value tour with lovely guide and driver. We packed lots in to seven days while staying in amazing hotels and got to taste a wide range of foods (and alcohol) that I wouldn't have had an opportunity to try as a solo traveller. Value for money was amazing - I had compared a lot of tours before travelling and this was most cost effective if you have time for 7 night. Checked it on multiple sites and got best deal for it on Klook. The bus was really comfy and always clean. All really lovely experiences but for me the highlights were tea plantation, tea with monk in Baegysangsa temple, mount Seorak, all of Andong (including the Pear Makgeolli we purchased with dinner), and the hotel in Busan. I would have liked some time to wander at Gukje market in Busan. I've done a few group trips before and this surpassed all expectations. It really stood out as informative, well organised and coordinated by our guide Mark and Mr Ahn our driver and was a very easy trip from start to finish. We even learned a bit of Korean! Thanks Hana tour for a lovely tour.
