—Service Introduction— Vehicle usage time: 7 hours round trip in Matsuyama city area. If departing from outside Matsuyama city area, there will be a price difference. Service hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver language: Drivers will be randomly assigned Chinese or Japanese speakers, with Chinese-speaking drivers generally prioritized. Vehicle types: Comfort 5-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Comfort 7-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 10-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage: will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended to book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended reasonable passenger capacity and luggage load for the vehicle type will be borne by the traveler. If the car rental time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay the driver in cash. 1. Child seats are not mandatory. If required, please book in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 passenger spaces and may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra fee of 2000 JPY/seat/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off points are at hotels or guesthouses within Matsuyama city (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, the driver may require reserved empty driving time or additional fees may apply). The service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: If departing from or ending in a different location, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after leaving it, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time).
5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before use). Please pay attention and wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for pick-up.
6. If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged.
7. If the total journey exceeds 250 kilometers, JPY 300/kilometer will be charged.
8. For consecutive guests, if staying in a city outside Matsuyama, an additional accommodation subsidy of 8000 JPY for the driver will be required.
9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur an additional charge. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate communication with the supplier.

After the order is confirmed, the supplier will proactively contact you to confirm itinerary details. To ensure you receive notifications smoothly, please be sure to provide correct and complete contact information and pay attention to messages. The supplier will use LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat as the primary communication tools. It is recommended that you prioritize filling in one of them to facilitate communication with the supplier.
