The location is convenient and suitable, but the $200 deposit is not ideal. The facilities are new and clean.

First time visiting the North Point branch, the transportation is very convenient, and you can also go shopping after playing. A very good place for family activities, with a spacious area. It seems like coming on weekdays allows you to enjoy various games.
The environment is clean and tidy, and the variety of offerings is quite diverse. It's not crowded in the morning, making for a more relaxed experience 😎. The staff's attitude isn't bad; they respond promptly to questions, and another staff member was very friendly and proactively offered assistance 🥰.
The facilities are well-equipped, there are diverse activities, and the environment is clean. The children had a great time.
I saw a Klook offer and decided to purchase it, but the playtime was only one hour, which felt a bit short. You have to keep track of the time yourself, which is difficult to manage. If you go over, you need to pay for an additional hour, and since it's calculated in one-hour increments, it wasn't as good a deal as I initially thought. Also, the lockers inside the venue cost $10, and there are some pay-to-play arcade games, which was a bit disappointing.
The place isn't very big. We went right when it opened during the Easter holiday, which was great because there weren't many people – only a few kids in the whole place. The facilities are new and clean, and I saw an auntie carefully cleaning on-site.
Fun, clean, but I found the membership price to be better than Klook! Klook sells at full price...
