it was easy using the hop on hop off app. users should be aware that you have to obtain assistance to get the London eye tix printed out from any darling assistant(s) at various stops or the bus driver. Because London Eye staffs are unable to assist. Overall, good experience.

The Big Bus and sightseeing cruise were great, but the London Eye was problematic. The Big Bus app had issues that took two days to resolve, causing inconvenience and disrupting our itinerary.
