Bangkok Car Rental with Driver (100km distance limit) by TTD Global

No issues, Everything was good. Sometimes they will sell the order to Another company (3rd party). Bangkok traffic is really bad, unfortunately....

The driver arrived on time. The trip went well. The entire planned route was completed. I didn't like the organization of the trip itself. Immediately after booking, I received a message that Wat Sam Phran was not within 100 km and I would have to pay an additional 1000 baht. Then the company operator calculated that the entire route was 128 km and I would have to pay extra for 28 km. This means their 100 km for a car with a driver, initially included in the payment, only applies to the city, where Grab and BTS can be used for 10 times less. The maximum rating for the trip goes only to the driver for a job well done. The company itself gets a 0 rating for hidden fees and simply collecting money.

The driver arrived well before the booking time. The van provided was well maintained and the driver was polite and responsive.

Pretty good. No issue at all. Flexible. I have no Issue with it.

The car is slightly aged but everything works well. Our driver, Mr Joe is very patient and accommodative to our itinerary. Despite the language barrier, (nothing translating app can't handle), he was punctual and clear in directions and recommendations. I'll consider taking up the service to explore other parts of Bangkok/nearby areas with this operator on my next trip. Customer service was also very helpful and prompt in handling required changes before the trip.

Mr. Bunsong Jorn ,our driver very is nice, and professional, prompt in our time, very patient with us, waiting, giving us info about the places we are seeing, gave us free botle of water in Bangkok heat. Car is as described, clean, well maintained.

The driver is very nice, luckily got the driver can understand a little bit of english, when we wanted to go back to the hotel he told us to go more places since there is still time left. nothing much, I went to chocolate ville and mae klong hua pla mo fai restaurant to eat seafood. the distance is very far, it took like 1 and half an hour. chocolate ville is very pretty to take picture, but nothing much inside. it's more suitable for kids. for the seafood, i thinks it's delicious but overprice, and also quite far from the city. actually there is a lot of other cheaper and nearer seafood even around my hotel, my hotel is around chinatown.

Driver was early during pick up. He drove us safely to the places in our itinerary for the day: Grand Palace, Wat Arun And San Rafael Cafe. Only con is we waited 1 hour for driver to pick us up at the grand palace because of traffic, but they still made us pay extra fee since we extended 40 mins than the original 6 hours booked.

We had an amazing experience during our trip to Bangkok. Our driver, Mr. James, was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel at ease right from the start. He shared fascinating stories and insightful information about the city’s hidden gems and popular attractions, enriching our adventure. Each time we visited a new spot, he was prompt and dependable in picking us up, ensuring we never had to wait long. His suggestions on must-visit places were spot-on, guiding us to some of the city's best experiences. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. James to anyone looking to explore Bangkok!

Our driver is Mr. Gigi Jackie. He drove and guided us in all the places we visited. At first, we thought that he will just be offering driving service. But he was very hands on and functioned as our interpreter for smoother transactions in restaurants and tours. He was very transparent with his rates and gave us tips on which place to visit first to maximize our 100km. Aside from that he was also flexible enough to adjust to our last minute request like going to the floating market. Surprisingly enough due to his good connections, we didn't even fall in line and the boat was already there for me and my husband when we arrived. Highly recommend!
