Reviews
easy to connect but data was a bit slow at times. used it mostly for navigation but still had plenty of data leftover.
easy to setup and use. so far connection quite good. and the capacity and rate offered was cheaper than other operators. Good deal indeed 👍 highly recommend this service.
It's easy, just scan and follow the information and open roaming, you can use it straight away, the signal is ok
Very easy to connect and operate. Recommended.....
Lost mobile data connection on multiple instances, in different locations in Melbourne. Tried switching to airplane mode, turn off mobile data or swith off the phone but still no mobile data connection. Currently experience no mobile data connection while waiting to board the flight home. I have not used up the whole data allocation (5GB) yet.
not the first time using Klook for eSIM. this provider doesn’t send out code and have to keep chasing them down for the QR code. in the end, Klook also gave up and asked me to WhatsApp them directly. unnecessary stress before the trip to Melbourne, and best to skip this provider.
some part of Australia has no connection, only Telstra hv coverage
After buying 20GB and only using 11GB, I can’t connect to the signal.
the woman manning the t4 was very disrespecful and very unapproachable.
Enabled on 8/2, theoretically available until 8/31, with a total traffic of 10G. But by 8/19, only 5G traffic was used, and the speed began to slow down. By 8/20, in Adelaide, the flow was even slower and almost unusable!
