I was very happy with my experience. I would definitely like to use this service again.

I received the confirmation email and electronic tickets from the supplier two days before the game. Unfortunately, the seats were not connected. I immediately contacted Klook’s online customer service, who “impolitely” suggested emailing the supplier for assistance. Please pay attention when purchasing on Klook. It only states that if you want to sit together, it is recommended to make the same order, but there is no guarantee that you can sit together, so everyone needs to pay attention. The supplier also responded to their arrangements for co-location (please refer to the photo). Fortunately, I was able to swap seats with the fans next to me. The atmosphere of the game was very lively, the seats were closer than expected, and the stadium was very grand. This was a very unforgettable and happy experience.
