Ticket Information

On-site Tickets // Only full-price and concession tickets are sold at the event venue. ⦁ Full-Price Ticket: NT$228 (Applicable to general visitors) ⦁ Concession Ticket: Half Price (Only available for purchase on-site): Original of Disability Handbook or relevant identification documents are required. Applicable to seniors aged 65 or above, people with disabilities and one accompanying caregiver. ⦁ Free Admission: Children under the age of five require presentation of relevant identification documents. Children without identification will be admitted based on height (under 110cm) (Must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket)

Admission Notice

• Admission is available from 10:30 to 18:30 daily during the event period from November 07, 2025 to November 09, 2025. Last admission is at 18:30 daily.
• One ticket per person for admission. Ticket must be verified at the entrance for admission. Re-entry is allowed on the day of admission with a stamp.
• Event tickets are considered valuable securities. Please keep them properly. We are not responsible for reissuing or refunding tickets in the event of loss, damage, burning, or illegibility.
• In order to cooperate with the government's epidemic prevention measures, iHands reserves the right to adjust epidemic prevention and security control requirements at any time. Visitors are also requested to cooperate.

Purchase Notice

• To avoid unnecessary disputes and damage to rights, please read the precautions carefully and agree to the following rules before purchasing tickets. If you do not agree, please do not purchase. When purchasing and refunding tickets, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by all of the following items.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the details of the event without prior notice, and has the right to interpret or rule on all matters related to this event.
• If you need an invoice, please bring your proof of purchase to the event service desk on the day of admission. We apologize that we will not be able to reissue invoices after the deadline.

Refund Policy

• This event entrusts Klook to handle refunds. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds, and no refunds will be given after the event ends.
• Refund Deadline: Exhibition tickets must be processed before the exchange of vouchers and on the last day of the exhibition (no refunds will be accepted after the deadline).

Venue Regulations

• In order to maintain the quality of the event, this event has a limited number of people. All tickets are sold in limited quantities, so please purchase tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
• This event reserves the right to expel those with inappropriate behavior (illegal behavior or seriously obstructing other consumers). People who are expelled may not request re-entry or a refund from the organizer.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Please do not smoke within the park.
• Love the Earth and protect the environment. Please follow the garbage classification and do not litter.

Ticket Related

• Single-person tickets are for one person per ticket for admission upon verification; if you need to leave the venue midway on the same day, you can re-enter with your admission certificate (wristband/stamp).
• Double/Triple tickets are group discount tickets. You must purchase the specified multiple of tickets at one time. Tickets must be verified for admission at the same time during the event period; if you need to leave the venue midway on the same day, please get a stamp at the entrance/exit for re-entry.
• Group discount tickets can be used for single-person admission for multiple days. Double tickets can be used for double-person single-day admission or single-person double-day admission. Triple tickets can be used for triple-person single-day admission or single-person triple-day admission. Please inform the ticket checker at the time of admission for verification.
• For refunds of double tickets/double-day tickets, please refund the entire order. If you purchase double tickets/double-day tickets and apply for a refund that is not for the entire order, the organizer has the right to request that you make up the difference to the on-site ticket price upon admission.
• Those who enter without a ticket or with a fake complimentary ticket will be charged twice the on-site ticket price if discovered.

Other Precautions

• The organizer only plans the event content and the exhibition of artisans. Please contact the brand directly for transactions between the artisan brand and the public. The organizer is not responsible for any disputes.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and participating brands.
• Please do not purchase tickets through unofficial ticketing channels or websites that are not officially authorized by the organizer, so as not to affect your own rights. The organizer is not responsible for any inability to enter the venue or other problems that may occur.
• If this event is cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure, the refund method will be announced separately. See the announcement on the official iHands fan page for details.
• Purchasing a ticket for admission means that you agree that the organizer may take portraits in the event venue and authorize the organizer to use the portraits in all electronic media, web pages, online communities, etc. related to this event for publicity purposes.
• Purchasers of tickets for this event agree that the organizer may use their personal information (name, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) to send iHands event information or other marketing purposes.
