This January, The Astor transforms into a vibrant Korean street party, inspired by the neon-lit food stalls and viral flavors of Seoul! Immerse yourself in an energetic atmosphere filled with the sizzle of street food and the bold, comforting aromas of Korea's most popular dishes, bringing the heart of K-culture to Hong Kong.

Feast on a spectacular lineup of Korean classics, all served in rotation. Each dinner guest receives an individual serving of Honey Butter Lobster, available in rich Cheesy or spicy Chili variations. Don't miss the show-stopping Fried Chicken Shop, featuring double-fried KFC Korean Fried Chicken, a sweeter Dakgangjeong, and striking Pink Black Chicken with three bold sauces. The Korean Beef Live Station serves freshly grilled marinated cuts, while hearty signatures like Korean Braised Pork Knuckle and Bulgogi Beef offer authentic depth.

Explore playful street snacks such as the spiraled Potato Tornado and Korean Corn Dog, alongside comforting classics like Army Stew (Budae-jjigae) and Korean Cold Noodle Station with Bibim Naengmyeon and Mul Naengmyeon.
