The tour bus that has picked us up has not appeared, and the staff of the local tour cannot tell us when the tour bus will come. A large group of people waited for 1.5 hours !! A lot of time was wasted, causing us-the entire day of the trip was squeezed . Fortunately, I changed to a Jewish-American tour guide in Jerusalem. He was very responsible and explained very clearly and humorously, because he enjoyed our journey very well and had a good grasp of time to complete the whole trip. If not for him, I would give a bad review. I hope klook can be replaced or strongly reflected to this local tour

The guide is very professional, every historical detail is clearly explained! Only time is too tight to visit the "Manger", which is a pity.
Very comprehensive tour and you see a lot in 1 day so it's understandably a whistle stop visit through the sites, however the guides seemed a little bit overwhelmed & confused about the number of people on their tour and weren't always very informative about the meeting locations & times
Really enjoyable and informative. Jerusalem was fantastic, Bethlehem was ok. Tho I didn’t like being taken to a ridiculously expensive souvenir shop right away. I wish I had some time in Jerusalem to grab something to eat. Them place we were taken to in Bethlehem the food was inedible. But hey these are small details in what was a fantastic day. Dead Sea was superb, would have liked to have spent more time there. All in all worth the money that could have been 5 stars with a little schedule tweaking.

A rushing tour going through some of the main attractions in the three places. Jerusalem actually has so many places worth a more detailed visit. Bethlehem stay was very short. Not even have time to have proper lunch but that’s fine for me. Enough time in Dead Sea. Overall the tour is fairly priced. The tour leader/ guide could have been more helpful.
The Dead Sea is the focus, the group fee is not cheap, but there are also hard-selling stores, and group meals that you can't eat at your own expense. Jerusalem and Bethlehem are a little bit eager to see flowers. Fortunately, there is plenty of time left in the Dead Sea. In a nutshell, the tour fare is a bit worthless.
Tour as expected. Bring slippers to the Dead Sea. Klook customer service replied extremely late when I tried to change the date.
Lots of interesting history and information shared. Israeli guide was knowledgeable but spoke with an accent, making it hard to understand at times. British and American tourists said the same. But not terrible.
