- Please Note: There are multiple cruise types/models for each cruise category, The images shown does not portray your cruise ship on the actual day as some of the cruises might be full. Cruises of the same range will be provided. You are not allowed to choose the type of cruise.
- Kindly provide a photocopy of each travelers Passport or Mykad via email (klook@hi5marketing.com.my) to or Whatsapp (+60176906905) along with Klook booking ID for issuance of insurance (insurance is mandatory for this activity).
- Kindly be notify that there will be additional charges ranging from MYR 35 to MYR 60 for same day booking. Payment has to be paid directly to the operator.
- Kindly provide all documents one day in advance before 18:00 once booking is confirmed. Any documents submitted later than the mentioned time will apply for penalty fees (charges varies depending on your package). This applies to booking made after 18:00 as well.
- Please be reminded that this activity is a non-smoking activity. Kindly refrain from any form of smoking (including electronic cigarettes).
