Begin your journey with a splendid array of savouries. Awaken your palate with a zesty Christmas Cocktail Prawn with spicy tomato salsa, followed by the decadent Foie Gras Terrine on Toast with figs and balsamic pearls. The Smoked Salmon Sandwich, accented with salmon roe and lemon zest, offers a refined classic, while the Wasabi Wagyu Beef on Toast delivers a bold twist. For comfort, savour the golden Baked Crispy Filo Parcels and the richly flavoured Pork Pâté.
Next, enter a magical world of desserts. The eye-catching Christmas Black Forest Tree reinterprets the classic with chocolate sponge, vanilla mousse, and cinnamon compote.
