The driver arrived on time for my pick up. The car was very cozy. We met the tour guide in Marakkech, Her name was Nouria. She was very knowledgeable of the history and culture of Marakkech. First stop was at Koutoubia, Then we went to Bahia Palace where we need to pay for entrance fee. Next stop was the Le Jardin Secret where the entrance fee was included. We also went to the souq for souvenirs and lunch. Last stop was the La Palmeraie for the Camel Ride. This one is where I enjoyed the most. I arrived at 8pm on my hotel coming back.
It was a nice experience! So comfy mini van and we can save our time to travel. Driver, El Mahdi el Hail. and tour guide Mohammed, very friendly and brought us nice places. And explained very detail. I strongly recommend this place. I hope we can meet again later! Happy new year and Merry Christmas 💚
The time is accurate and the guides are friendly. It's an experience worth going to. However, I wish the price was a little cheaper.
Tour guide was excellent. He knows both the historical and political landscape of the areas visited.
Not so good experience. Organization was a mess. Many things had gone wrong on our tour as the driver could not speak any English and we could not communicate at all, he was supposed to pick up 1 more passenger at a different hotel and did not do so but we were already 1 hour on the way to Marrakech and had to turn back. So we arrived pretty late in Marrakech. There were many inclusions written here but not all were visited, especially the Majorelle gardens which admission was supposed to be included but the tour guide had said it was not and we could not go until we reserved our tickets 2 days earlier. Driver also did not know about the included camel ride, almost going back to Casa without it until we had asked. He did not even know the right operator of the camel ride and we had wasted another hour looking for it. Did not feel like we got our money’s worth.

The driver and tour guide Hamdelilah was very nice and responsible. I originally thought it would be too busy to go back and forth to Marrakech in one day, but in fact, all the important points were covered, and it was a solid and fulfilling day.
