Buffet at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel (Oven D'or Restaurant)

The spread of the buffet were simply amazing but we think that they are really short of staff working as empty plates on table were not cleared for quite sometimes, drinking water was not replenished until called, dishes displayed were only replenished after being told to do so. Perhaps it was the Lunar Chinese New Year season and lacking of staff is normal but as an exclusive 5 stars resort, consistently should still be maintained. However, credit should still be given to staff for being polite and friendly.

Dinner buffet you get half lobster only everything else good lot of foods to choose. Nice services and atmosphere. Recommended
