- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- Some phone models are required to activate eSIM in the settings
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

BEEN using esim every travels. i recommend it to anyone for convenience. In Taiwan, there is a free wifi anywhere but you need also connections just in case something happens and 1GB per day is enough for 1 person for google maps/directions. It is also fast speed. Easy to to use since klook will already sent code after booking and you just have to activate it in the airport (use their free wifi). In addition, it is also cheap. Easy to use. Once purchased, klook will send the qr code for the sim card. You just need to activate it when you arrived in taiwan. Their customer service (email the service provider not klook for better answers to your questions) is also very responsive and answer our queries. Using esim is now easier for travelers. Very cheap and easy to use. Activated e-sim before 1 day ahead before my flight. You just need to follow the instructions emailed to you. Please be advised that e-sim is not working for carrier lock phone. Example: globe unlock, sun unlock, and smart unlock phone.
