- Depending on your payment method, your refund can take 3-14 days to be reflected in your account.

Pet Policy
- In compliance with LTFRB and the Animal Welfare Act, PTCI does not allow transport of live animals of any kind, except fowls and other house pets, ie., dogs, cats, hamsters, etc.

I would say very convenient in booking here in Klook and it's very easy. plus having advance booking makes travel comfortable. pagdating sa terminal, ipapalit mo lang voucher into physical ticket and you're good to go. Also, tumtawag sila sayo yo confirm your booking. Napakagaling. well recommended.

Good, comfortable seats, movies to watch, music to listen to, can charge the battery, has a bathroom but no blanket, have to bring your own. The bus leaves on time, takes about 7 hours from Vigan to Manila. The day I took it was a typhoon day but the driver was very good, arrived safely.
I had a good experience riding the Partas deluxe bus from Cubao to Vigan. However, I highly recommend their luxury bus over this one (the chairs do not fully recline here). But if you are saving money, this is still a good option for you. I suggest bringing a neck pillow and a thick blanket.
Bus is on time! Very comfortable for a long ride. No hassle. Seat can be reclined and bus is new and clean. I see them cleaning the bus before every ride.
