Opera & Musical Shows at Sydney Opera House

Highly recommend this one-hour Chinese guided tour! The explanation was detailed and professional, allowing us to understand the intricacies of this World Heritage Site in a short amount of time, instead of just skimming through. Chinese communication was completely seamless, and we were able to ask detailed questions and receive thorough answers. Although I was a bit late due to the ticket exchange process and missed the guide's introduction, the high quality of the explanation left a lasting impression. I participated in the 2:30 PM tour on February 2, 2026.

The Opera hits were truly HITS! Wonderful voices. We sat 5 rows back and felt that the sound needed to be a little louder. They did not have mics while they sang. I can't imagine hearing well if you were further back. The show said 90 mins but it only ran for 80. Tickets were easy to redeem at the box office. The staff was very pleasant. You cannot bring your drink inside the theater so leave time to get there early.

I really loved it, it was my first ever experience at an Opera House, and it’s a plus because it’s at Sydney. It’s beautiful!

Took a ferry the night before to celebrate the New Year🎆, overlooking the Sydney Opera House. The next day, we went inside for a tour + enjoyed an opera concert🎵🥰 The tourist itinerary I bought from Klook was great, and it allowed us to experience a world-class performance venue.

Went to Great Opera Hits and absolutely loved it! The singers were incredible – powerful voices that gave me goosebumps. Even if you're not a big opera fan, it's super accessible and enjoyable. The setting at the Sydney Opera House made it even more special. Highly recommend!

Happy to have booked this. I say when you're visiting Sydney Opera House, best to go and catch this. It's a good starter for non-Opera fans like me. It's also great that they put the translations on top of the stage for people to better understand what's going on. The Joan Sutherland Theatre was packed and I'm just thrilled to be there.

The concert hall was almost full that day, and the performers showcased brilliant operatic singing, making both halves of the show a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It's highly suitable for family viewing.

My first time seeing an opera, I thought I'd fall asleep, but it was actually amazing. Seeing it at the Sydney Opera House made it even more special.
