  • Domestic: All arriving passengers are to introduce themselves at the Exemplar Desk before collecting their luggage. The Exemplar Desk is on the left immediately as you enter the Arrivals baggage hall
  • International: All arriving passengers are to collect their luggage and clear through customs. An Exemplar representative will meet you at or near the Exemplar Desk in T1 Arrivals, directly in front of you as you exit Customs. Passengers will then be directed to their coach. Note that all Exemplar “seat in coach” transfers are shared, scheduled services
  • If you have not made contact with an Exemplar staff member within15 minutes before your pick-up time, please phone +61-040-975-9375 ASAP
  • Passengers are required to make contact with Exemplar Coaches 24 hours before departure to reconfirm at +61-07-4213-3333, 7 days, 09:00 – 17:00
  • Your service should arrive during the 20-minute window outlined in your confirmation. You must be ready and waiting outside your pickup point and given the road for the entirety of your pickup window
  • If you miss your allocated service, please contact Con-X-ion directly on +61-755-569-888 (international) ASAP. Ask your hotel/concierge if you require assistance
