Sold out quickly on the official A1 website, but thankfully Klook still had it available, and at a better price! The QR code made it easy to redeem immediately. I bought it yesterday and was able to redeem the physical item today, which was very convenient! Also, the staff were very friendly. I encountered some issues during the redemption process, and she was very patient in helping me resolve them. Overall, a very pleasant purchasing experience.
These are 4 individually packaged custard cream mooncakes with a Hello Kitty design. Please note that you may need to redeem them at designated branches on certain dates during the later redemption period.

I inquired about mooncake details from a staff member at the Hong Kong University Station branch and learned that e-members need to activate their membership on or before October 31st. The staff was very friendly.
You can view the actual products at the store before purchasing. I visited the branch at the end of August and found that the mooncake vouchers were sold out. Luckily, I had already booked them on Klook.
Purchase mooncakes and receive a Red Card e-membership for 10% off all year long. Normally, a yearly fee or accumulated spending is required to obtain a Red Card, but now you can get one with your mooncake purchase.
Buy and pick up on the same day, but it turned out not all branches had stock, and the branch staff said they didn't know which one did. Actually, could this be handled a bit better? Fortunately, the website updates daily on which locations still have stock, so I was able to pick up my items smoothly. For that reason, I'm still giving a positive review!
Buying here is cheaper than in the store! Awesome!
Reasonable price, convenient redemption, will buy again if there is another special offer.
