Reviews
To start, we brought the Adventure Pass package. I will start the review based on the package included in this Pass. Captain Explorer DUKW Tour - This tour is where you are to ride an amphibious vehicle that can both travel on land and water. The route of the tour was great and we are seated at the middle right side of the boat. Do not worry about which side of the boat is better since it will make a u-turn and you can still see the different attractions and buildings in Singapore up close except for the Merlion (better to be seated at the left side). The tour guide only speaks Mandarin throughout the trip. I assumed that most of the tour guide speak Mandarin and he might have assumed that all of us speaks Mandarin since majority of the people on board knows Mandarin. Therefore, ask first before purchasing this pass. I wont recommend this pass for people who does not speak Mandarin if they do not have an english speaking tour guide. Funvee Hop on Hop Off Bus Tour - This tour is where you are to board a Funvee bus to travel around Singapore. The bus headway time is 1 hour so you can only ride the bus every hour. This is not efficient if you are planning on using Funvee bus to go to all destinations. I suggest to utilize this ride in order to tour around the city first (use the 2 routes). Then after that, decide on your priority destination then drop off there. It is much faster to use the MRT if you want to stop at many tourist destinations. Also, there are no tour guides in this ride but only recorded narration that is timed on the tourist location you are in. The bus is unclean and a lot of molds. The airconditioning vent kind of broken. The paint on the seats were a bit worn out. The additional value for this ride is not recommended as the bus frequency is less and the bus is always late. Two Attraction Ticket - To get our money's worth, we planned on redeeming Cable Car (Round Trip including both Mount Faber & Sentosa Line) + Arbora 2 course Set Lunch. You can redeem this at the said redeeming location mentioned in the voucher. When we went to the Harbourfront Cable Line Station, we were told that we should report this and ask for a refund since the voucher is not available in their system. We contact klook to report this and to know the proper procedures in order to claim this voucher. This was around lunch time and we were hungry. We are planning to get our lunch in Abora. The only solution they advise is to utilize the other attractions instead which is a bummer (note that the day ended without any solution and not even an update for this issue). Other attractions needs reservation and needs a day worth of time, but we dont have that much time in our schedule. So we moved on and went to the Gardens by the Bay attraction. The Gardends by the Bay attraction has two tickets that can let you enter both the Cloud Forest and Botanical Garden. The Botanical Garden is Beautiful but at the time of our visit, the venue is crowded. As for the Cloud Forest, the place looks magical and cold but still beautiful. This is worth the visit. In summary, this pass is not worth the money. I would recommend buying the ticket in klook separately. Also choose BigBus tour as they have a lot of busses and passes more frequently. I also recommend the Duck Tour instead if they have tour guides that speaks in english. Buy attraction ticket separately so that you can communicate directly with the attraction itself and have proper instructions on how to redeem it. It would also be faster to solve since you are already at the site to resolve the issue rather than relying on a third part package where the feedback is slow.
Our whole trip and chosen activities and attractions were very enjoyable and pleasing to the eye. Will surely be booking again. Very recommendable.
Assign booking is verry accommodating in scheduling my tour in Singapore
highly recommended. hassle free tours. we enjoyed a lot
I booked this on 5/6 and got the voucher but the partner only emailed me on 5/9 to book the river cruise. I chose 5/11 but there was no slot available. It was fully book unti 4/14, our departure date. Wasted money. Lesson learned, you should book this weeks before your planned tour cause apparently, a week is not enough. Also, there were no information here that you need to book a slot for the cruise.
Gifted my husband with these passes to emjoy with our 2 sons. Apparently had a hard time redeeming at the partners, as the merchants gave conflicting instructions and even asked him to pay double. It was confusing and frustrating at the onset, until they came to understanding, but they just had to make the best out of it. Recommend a clearer, simpler procedure for redeeming for this particular package.
First, City Tours, which does the Duck Tour, is closed on Mondays, but this is not stated. And the other two vouchers can only be redeemed after going to City Tours first. The City Tours staff was very polite and sent me QR codes for the three vouchers, including the Duck Tour, by email. However, they insisted that the cable car I wanted to ride couldn't be used. It couldn't be used at Wulan Jaoko either. The Sky Helix staff was also nice and let me ride, even though they couldn't read the QR code. I tried chatting with the Klook staff, but they didn't make sense and said they couldn't cancel, so that was the end of the chat. Terrible!!
