Currently occupying approximately 10,000 ping, it can be divided into two parts: the "Residence" and the "Garden."
After passing through the Huoran Bridge, you will officially enter Sanxiu Garden. Its architectural style and decorative techniques were popular in the grand residences and gardens of the early Showa period.
The classrooms in the park are built with Japanese-style roof truss structures, which are typical Japanese buildings. The main structure has remained very strong for seventy years.
Moon Viewing Pond, located at the western end of the park, faces the A Lu Pavilion and the T-shaped Pond. It is the most expansive body of water in the area, offering beautiful views of the sunset and moon from the shore.
At San Xiuyuan, the integrity of the park has been maintained. Although the estate is aged, the scenery, landscape, flora, trees, architecture, and grounds are maintained and renovated by professionals.
The Sanxiuyuan Pond is rich in ecology and is inhabited by many birds. Mr. Zhang filled a small hill at the west end of the T-shaped pond and built a pavilion on it to watch the egrets. This is the Xialu Pavilion.
The park also offers simple meals, coffee, and cold drinks. Visitors are welcome to picnic under the trees within the park.
