- You will receive an aquarium admission ticket at the activity date at the shop
- The aquarium ticket is valid for 10 days from the date of your diving/snorkeling experience
- Scheduled courses will proceed even in rainy weather, provided that sea conditions are not adverse
- Cancellations due to the customer's circumstances (such as tardiness or illness) will incur a cancellation fee
- If the area around the Blue Cave is rough, the course will be changed to a different nearby point for safety
- The tour may be cancelled at the last minute due to sudden deterioration of the weather or poor sea conditions, with safety in mind
- Cancellations due to course changes will also be subject to a cancellation fee
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to natural disasters such as typhoons, flight cancellations, or deterioration of sea conditions
