The restaurant doesnt know the promo when you got the voucher in klook... and the crew cannot understand english and took time to get inside restaurant
First when I arrived at their restaurant in Tsim sa Tsui the staff was clue less that from where I have booked there voucher. May be the reason behind is this is the new activity added by Klook team. But finally after 30 minutes of long discussion s with them there head office they allowed me to have the mentioned items in Klook App. But they charged me with 13.8 HKD saying it's a per person charge. This is the bad part because it's not mentioned anywhere neither on Klook website nor on redemption voucher. Although food was good.
