What to expect
Dolphin Eco-Cruise takes you for 60-90 minutes into Koombana Bay and local waterways. We guarantee you to see dolphins or you go again for free. Our purpose built vessel provides a 300 degree viewing platform designed to get you as close as possible to the dolphins without getting your feet wet. The protected bay offers the perfect opportunity to observe dolphins and wildlife. The team will introduce you to our local Bottlenose Dolphins as they interact in their natural environment. Many of the Dolphins seen on the cruise call Koombana Bay their home. They can be seen playing, hunting, travelling, sleeping and feeding during the cruise. The informative commentary from the skipper of the boat will also keep you updated throughout the cruise. Toilet facility on board

We were really lucky to spot dolphins on our trip! Just keep your expectations realistic, as the dolphins are wild and not confined to a specific area, so sightings aren’t guaranteed. Our guide was helpful and shared some fun facts about the dolphins while taking us around different areas to look for them. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

It was mentioned as guarantee viewing of dolphins but unfortunately that was not the case. We took a 90min boat ride around the bay and ended up being the unfortunate ones for the first time this year to not be able to view dolphins. They were unable to do refund but do offer vouchers to come back to try our luck again, however, we were already heading back to Singapore the next day and unable to use the vouchers which means we actually paid for a very expensive boat tour instead. Hope the Satisfaction Guarantee at Klook will look into assisting with this unfortunate event.
There’s nothing much to see here, you can also just wait outside the beach to see some dolphins. It’s good for the kids I guess not much for adults. But I like that they are rescuing some of the wildlife so that makes the entrance price reasonable.
