This time we came in a Toyota Alphard. It was actually very comfortable to sit in. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was very considerate. Since everyone in the background knew that we were Taiwanese, the drivers sent were all Chinese and could communicate in Chinese. So don’t worry if your English is not good, just speak Chinese! In addition, remember to leave a contact method when ordering, such as your LINE or WeChat, so that the driver can contact you conveniently. After all, we all use it abroad. The network card and the original mobile phone number cannot be connected. Please pay attention to this ^^. All in all, the experience of chartering a car is very good! If you have elders or children with a lot of luggage, I really recommend it!

We used this same-day reservation for five people on the way back to the city center (Chinatown) from the Night Safari. For a car that can accommodate more than five people, we were able to use it at about half the price of searching on Grab. In fact, after payment, we had to move up the meeting time significantly due to our circumstances. However, we were able to negotiate with the driver through Whatsapp (other SMS is also available) (text-based, English communication skills are required), and he quickly changed the time (introduced a replacement driver), and we were able to return home without waiting. The Singapore Zoo area requires an optional fee of 20 SGD (selectable and payable within the Klook app). I had seen information that Grab is difficult to arrange after the Night Safari due to congestion, so this method of reliably reserving a car (and significantly cheaper for five or more people) was reassuring and satisfying.
