What to expect
Learn how to make Japanese "Rolled Sushi" "Chirashi Sushi" "Inari Sushi" We'll cook four delicious, easy-to-make dishes. Each dish only takes about 20 minutes to create. There are plenty of complicated and time-consuming Japanese recipes, but you can learn ones that you'll use back home. When we’re finished, we’ll eat the food we prepared together.

She walked us through every step of the process and explained the tradition behind it. If you want to learn how to make traditional Japanese food this is the place to do it! The teachers were some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met and the laid back environment made it a fun experience. Communication was very easy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. My wife and I learned many new Japanese words! We even received thank you gifts from the teachers! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend to anyone interested in Japanese cuisine. I just want to emphasize again how kind and pure hearted the teachers were. Despite cultural differences, the interactions we had with the teachers were genuine and made our vacation a memorable one. Expectations were exceeded! 10 out of 10!!!
