Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay Hotel A truly excellent travel experience, with a full sea-view room and a balcony facing the ocean. The view is spectacular, and the room is spacious and comfortable! I'd like to commend the hotel staff for their service attitude, especially Bruce Liu, Jacky Huang, and Andre Guan, who provided a lot of help. We are very grateful to them for making our trip perfect. Also, thanks to Isabella at the front desk for patiently helping us find a suitable room. Although the room had some minor problems (the sliding doors got stuck!!), I would also suggest adding some small hooks in the bathroom and other areas for personal towels and underwear, etc. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again if we have the chance!!

Excellent value with the afternoon tea package. A beautiful resort with an infinity pool and private beach. Buffet breakfast was nice too! Great for families, friends and couples!

The hotel room was clean and spacious. My room's balcony faced the sea and beach, with a lawn downstairs, offering a beautiful view. The staff were friendly. The only downsides were that the gym was quite small and the pool wasn't an infinity pool and was also small. I stayed for two consecutive nights. On the first night, I used bath salts in the tub, but the room service didn't replenish them on the second day. Was it forgotten, or do they only provide it once? That seems a bit stingy! Also, the paid mini-train and bicycles were quite expensive. Would they rather leave them unused than lower the price to meet market demand? The hotel is far from the city center, so they should add more entertainment facilities and activities for guests. I think it's more suitable for couples looking for a relaxing getaway than for families with children.

beautiful resort and surroundings. the room is spacious, clean, comfortable beds. toiletries are provided. however, conditioner ran out. recommend to book the spa prior to arrival to secure a slot. check in was a bit difficult as lady couldn't speak English so a colleague helped out. the Thai restaurant is nice but expensive.

Very satisfied with this trip, the hotel staff is friendly and polite, the buffet dinner food is fresh and delicious, the hotel environment is clean and well-managed, and you can hear the bar singing on the terrace at night, which is very relaxing. Satisfied

The breakfast is very rich and good. The environment is very comfortable. The waiter's service is first-class. The children are having fun in the swimming pool. I will come again next time.

Hotel location: Transportation is okay but requires taking a taxi, beautiful environment with a panoramic view in the morning, breakfast and dinner are very good, can recommend friends to come again!

However, as the hotel has been built for many years, there are many signs of age in the guest rooms. For a five-star resort hotel, several aspects could be improved, but the staff tried their best to meet customer requests. The hotel's evening seafood buffet dinner featured a wide variety of fresh and delicious seafood, including an all-you-can-drink selection of various alcoholic beverages. The restaurant offers an open view of the Zhuhai Opera House at night. The breakfast buffet in the morning is also extensive. If you're looking for a nearby getaway, this hotel is a good choice.
