I booked tests for 2 persons. Later, I came to know that the clinic was closed due to covid cases in the facility.So I cancelled the booking. Though time for cancellation had been expired but when I contacted klook and told them the reason for cancellation. Klook refunded me whole amount without delay. So klook is best best.
very convinient to have the pcr test in our hotel, scheduled at 10am (the earliest time available) but they came early at 9.15am

Needed to do our pcr test to visit Abu Dhabi (they checked when visiting the malls and lourve). They contacted us a day before to double confirm. You can just show the pcr result to them instead of the Al Hosn app which could be quite a hassle to figure out
Easy to book and confirm. Just sent a text message to the number on the voucher to reconfirm date and address. Everything went well. The nurse was gentle with the swabbing. And after a few hours, I received the negative test result (got tested around 10 am and received the email at 1 pm).
When I was passing from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, I needed a PCR test that was inspected by UAE, and I was able to inspect it well when it arrived on time. There is a company phone number under the voucher, so I chatted through WhatsApp, and the nurse coming to the accommodation gives me a message before coming. Overall the service was good and friendly. I checked at 5 pm, and the next day, around 2:30 pm, I got an email, and it worked fine even without paper printing.
great experience. the guy came on time and was really humble. one suggestion - include original hard copy delivery as well. some countries /airlines might create issue because of lots of grey area in rules.
