very nice experience as usual. we love Conrad hotel in general. the service, the lobby, the scent used and the floral deco. always on point.

As what you would expect though I wouldn’t say anything was incredibly fantastic. A pot of tea came without the tea bag (LOL) though this was quickly rectified once it was made known to the staff. Service was good when we could get the attention of the staff but the pillars around made it tough to call for service at times.

It was so good experience today! The restaurant prepare a cake with message for my friend and provided us a photo with photo frame! Super satisfied today!

nice atmosphere. pretty tea set. service needs improvement as no of staff is limited and have to call to get attention.

Went for valentine's day celebration with hubby. The staffs there are very friendly. food wise can be improved slightly. had a very great day there. will be back again.

The voucher was cheaper than paying directly from the hotel, but the food and service was top notch nonetheless. We loved the hospitality and how conscientious the waiters were as they took time to share with us the menu despite having a hard copy of what we were going to be served. Kudos to the staff working here!
