I had a great time riding the speedboat. It arrived quickly in 3 hours and the staff were friendly. I made a reservation through Klook, so the assigned seats were good and receiving tickets was convenient. Visit the fantasy island of Ulleungdo with Klook.
It's friendly and clean. It's a good start to your Ulleungdo trip. Even if you turn on the TV, the vast ocean is boring. There's no internet, so I recommend sleeping. Even for those who don't get motion sickness, taking motion sickness medicine can be a big help in sleeping.
Although it was a bit unusual to receive tickets at a specialty product store, I received them in advance of the departure time without any problems. Unlike when I arrived, I took my time and had a glass of Dokdo makgeolli, slept well, and woke up to find myself at Anmok Beach in Gangneung again.
It wasn't difficult to get a ticket at the entrance. There were a lot of reviews saying I got motion sickness, so I was nervous, but the waves were calm, so I didn't get motion sickness at all, and I arrived at Ulleungdo comfortably. They assigned me a window seat. Thanks to you, it was a fun trip:)
I arrived at Ulleungdo well on the ferry from Gangneung Port. It was good to do the tour on the same day. It is much better to go through Klook than to issue tickets individually.
I was worried because it was my first time on a long boat trip, but I was able to easily book a reservation and explore Ulleungdo Island. It was convenient because tickets could be picked up right at the travel agency desk. After taking motion sickness medicine and taking a good nap, time flies.
Upon entering the Gangneung Port terminal, you will see a counter with Klook on your right. I went there and said I made a reservation through Klook, so immediately gave me a ticket issued in my name. And when I came back, he was very kind and told me where to get the ticket and told me to take a motion sickness pill and ride it haha I ate well and went without motion sickness.
I almost died from motion sickness, but I got on the 2nd floor and had a good trip. I heard that the 1st floor was worse... The second floor is also to die for.
Ulleung-gun, located in the East Sea to the east of Gyeongsangbuk-do, is an island formed by volcanic activity in the Cenozoic Period 3~4. It consists of Ulleungdo, the capital, as well as Gwaneumdo [Kaksaeseom], Jukdo, Dokdo, etc. He was a favorite as the subject of his work.
It's a little more expensive than the local price, but it was easy to call and get a ticket before arrival. When I purchased the round-trip product, Klook didn't offer it, so I recommend making a reservation in advance.
