A Zhuhai Airport waiting hall has been newly established next to the bus station on the 1st floor of the hotel, offering the following services: check-in, baggage check-in, airport express line, and airport business consultation.
All passengers, excluding those traveling with Spring Airlines, 9 Air, on connecting flights, or infants under 2 years old, who are at least 90 minutes prior to departure on the day of their flight can check in. (Specific check-in conditions for special passengers are subject to the check-in staff's judgment.)
Baggage check-in service at Chimelong City Terminal is available from 08:30-17:00 (Specific check-in times are subject to express bus schedules).
To meet check-in requirements, ensure the passenger's flight departure time is 3-5 hours in advance, the ticket includes a free baggage allowance, and the baggage packaging meets acceptance requirements.
Aviation embargoes cover hidden dangerous goods such as: lighters, lithium batteries, power banks, self-igniting/self-heating food, electronic products, alcohol (Eau de Cologne, "Double White" etc.).
