Zhuhai Chimelong Circus Hotel

This trip, my family and I stayed for 2 nights and were assigned two rooms on the 6th floor. The twin beds were quite large, and the fire-rated wooden doors provided excellent sound insulation. My children stayed in a separate room, and the elders said they didn't hear any noise. We slept in late and happened to encounter the housekeeping staff. The auntie, whose name is Fu Qunying, was very special. She helped us by replenishing bottled water for our outings and even told us that if we stay again, we should request a room on a higher floor in Zone C to see the fireworks. She was also very knowledgeable about all the hotel's activities. This time, we also paid extra for the Magic Dressing Room experience, where my daughter got to dress up as a princess. The overall service at the Circus Hotel is truly excellent, and I highly recommend it to everyone! :)

It's very convenient to get there from Hong Kong. This was my first time bringing the kids, and it's huge with so much to do! There were lots of cute animal shows that the kids absolutely loved, and the adults had a great time too. The package included tickets to both Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, and even spending a whole day at just one park wasn't enough time. The most impressive part was the Chimelong Show; it was absolutely amazing! This discounted package deal was truly incredible!

The hotel service was very thoughtful. Upon learning it was my birthday, they automatically upgraded me to a family room and even provided a birthday gift and a cake. The room was very clean and brightly designed, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff promptly addressed the issue when they learned a guest was smoking by the elevator on our floor. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. As for the facilities within the venue and the Chimelong Show, both were spectacular. The package deal offered great value for money, making it worth repurchasing. It's a super amazing place, I & my family enjoying this whole full trip. It was so great to been there, to watch all the animals & shows. Thank you, Chimelong "Ocean Kingdom" & "Spaceship theme park". It has give us a great memory for Chimelong. The front desk staffs are super friendly, environment are so clean, foods also delicious. Hotel room also very nice & spacing, let's us feel like a home. I will introduce this place to my colleagues, friends & family members. I took over a thousand of photos plus videos, it's to nice. We use 3days to explore those area part by part. Very interesting.

The hotel is good. This is my second stay. The magic room I booked was no longer available and they upgraded me to the magic room. It was well received and clean. The children's playground in the lobby is free to play and is a favorite for children. There are programs on Christmas afternoon and evening which are very good👍👍Praise

many people there in site the zone expect to have bathing tube but no beds comparatively small no upgrade, late checkin ard 3:30pm price generally expensive on eating and everything the shows are nice, but adding in tickets seems over-price. but generally happy experience with kids ;) fireworks and games in the site are nice and incredible!

The trip was joyful and pleasant, and the hotel staff were courteous and welcoming. The park's attractions were fun, and the shows were spectacular. The Chimelong Show was absolutely captivating, with a fantastic atmosphere.

very nice theme park, many animals, spacious and clean, combined ocean park and disney. fireworks at night was impressive. but food is average. hotel is clean and tidy. good choice for family weekend getaway, reasonable price. less crowded than Shenzhen.

spent 3 days 2 night there at circus hotel. the air con , bed , shower facilities and staff are good and helpful. Except i didnt expect the buffet is like a foodcourt, its a mixed of 10 stores to combine a food court thus if one is expecting hotel style buffet, you should consider to book another hotel in the theme park. the 3 days entrance tickets for both theme park are super value fpr money and its a place where kids will fall in love with. i recommend people to spend at least 3 days here.

The 2 days and 1 night at the Circus Hotel is very cost-effective. There is a wonderful circus performance that the children can't take their eyes off. You can also go to Ocean Kingdom to watch the fireworks at 8pm. At noon, we enjoyed a buffet at the Penguin Hotel. There was a variety of food and it tasted good! I will choose Klook next time too
