friendly staff, clean and quiet place but the food is just ok.

The food was nice, but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. None of the wall electrical sockets were working, & even the individual seat outlets were unusable. For a lounge that markets itself as “premium,” this is unacceptable & not luxurious at all. Charging devices is a basic expectation. The lounge itself is small, noisy, & offers no private or quiet space. Resting or sleeping is nearly impossible. You’d expect at least a small personal area where you can relax, but was completely unmet. What made the experience worse was the staff’s response. When we asked about the charging issue, the attendants were dismissive and simply said, “You just have to do with it.” That response is disappointing, especially considering the high price paid. As I told them, we were paying this much and still couldn’t get full service. Honestly, you’re better off staying at Mabuhay Lounge. It offers a far better experience for comfort, rest, and overall value.

Had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Even for a red-eye flight, the food was adequate and you could even order simple cocktails! The staff was also very polite!

not many options, food was ok. 1 meat, Pork & siumai in soup.

The service sucks there is no clear indication how to enter the lounge and finally I found it locates only on departure but not for arrival. And Klook refused to refund I think it is not clear in their description and I found it’s confusing and unfair to there customers.

i just love how relaxing this lounge is while waiting for my flight! The food was great but needed a lot more options. Would book again next time i fly out of the country.

The lounge is very nice. It boasts of a nice view of the planes and offers hot meals and beverages.
