Mactan Cebu International Airport Lounge Service by Plaza Premium Lounge

Since we got this experience for free as a platinum member then this is definitely worth it. But, this place is good to relax if you still have 1-2hrs waiting time but food choices here are limited. Although drinks like alcohol or coffee are available but limited as well.

The location and chairs are okay it provide comfort compare to just waiting in an ordinary pre departure area. overall the experience is great.

The food was nice, but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. None of the wall electrical sockets were working, & even the individual seat outlets were unusable. For a lounge that markets itself as “premium,” this is unacceptable & not luxurious at all. Charging devices is a basic expectation. The lounge itself is small, noisy, & offers no private or quiet space. Resting or sleeping is nearly impossible. You’d expect at least a small personal area where you can relax, but was completely unmet. What made the experience worse was the staff’s response. When we asked about the charging issue, the attendants were dismissive and simply said, “You just have to do with it.” That response is disappointing, especially considering the high price paid. As I told them, we were paying this much and still couldn’t get full service. Honestly, you’re better off staying at Mabuhay Lounge. It offers a far better experience for comfort, rest, and overall value.

Had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Even for a red-eye flight, the food was adequate and you could even order simple cocktails! The staff was also very polite!

not many options, food was ok. 1 meat, Pork & siumai in soup.

The capacity was crazy. I took a shower, but it was not clean. Almost everything was not enough as a lounge services.
